It's great that this hotel is within walking distance of the trains and metro as well as the shopping and restaurant areas. the location is convenient for travelers who want to explore the city and do some shopping. Guests can easily access public transportation, which is a huge plus.
The hotel staff seems to have some issues with customer service. In one review, a guest mentioned that the receptionists were careless and disrespectful, as they ignored the guest for ten minutes to attend to other things.
